The right to rectify your personal data.  The data subject has the right to request ANSETT LOGISTICS, as data-controller, to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning itself, without undue delay. The data subject has the right to obtain the completion of personal data which is incomplete, including the provision of an additional statement.


The right to delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”).  The data subject has the right to obtain the deletion of its personal data without undue delay and ANSETT LOGISTICS will be obliged to delete the data without undue delay if:

  1. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  2. the data subject withdraws its consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing. By legal basis it is understood: processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to free expression and information; processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the operator; processing is necessary for reasons of public interest in public health, under the conditions imposed by GDPR; processing is necessary for archiving purposes in the public interest, for the purposes of historical or scientific research or for statistical purposes; processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court under GDPR, to the extent that the exercise of the right may make it impossible or seriously affect the achievement of the objectives of the processing;

The right to restriction of processing your personal data. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from ANSETT LOGISTICS, as data-controller, the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

  1. the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  2. the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
  3. ANSETT LOGISTICS no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  4. the data subject has objected to processing, pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.


A data subject who has obtained restriction of processing shall be informed by ANSETT LOGISTICS before the restriction of processing is lifted.


The right to object.
